2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a reservation, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Present valid identification upon check-in
  • Pay all charges associated with your stay

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate type and season. Please review the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking. Generally:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before check-in: No charge
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: One night charge may apply
  • No-shows: Full reservation amount may be charged

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect other guests and staff
  • Comply with all property rules and regulations
  • Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
  • Report any damages or issues promptly

6. Liability

Deluxe Inn Stamford is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes when available and to secure valuables in their vehicles.

7. Parking

Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles parked on our property. Truck and trailer parking is available.

8. Pets

Please contact the front desk regarding our pet policy. Additional fees and deposits may apply for pet-friendly rooms.

9. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the payment method on file.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
